I worked with Prime Chimney on identifying a leak in my fireplace, repointing the exterior brickwork, building a new crown and installing a metal liner. I have had the best experience from start to finish. After having spoken to over 10 different chimney people and being offered extraordinarily different solutions by each of them, I was frustrated, confused and frankly wary of who to believe. Tom came out and was incredibly kind, honest and patient. He explained why some of the other people may have suggested certain things and thoughtfully explained to me how my fireplace works, what parts have problems, how the problems may have started/why they progressed and options for how to address each problem. He and Angel were always very responsive and never pushy and their teams were great to work with - very nice guys, respectful of the property and left everything spotless. OMG what a difference. The first company we called left us with a mess. When we complained they sent in PRIME CHIMNEY who came on Sunday to redo everything. The first company took 2 day and it was BAD. PRIME took 5 hours, no mess no stress and it was BEAUTIFUL. Do yourself a favor and check BBB for reviews before you hire a company. Angel and his team, including Tom and Patrick, are great to work with. They were honest, explained things thoroughly and provided options. They were never pushy and provided fair pricing. We decided to install a wood insert in our fireplace and they provided the dimensions so that we could shop for the insert we wanted and order it for them to install. Once the insert and surround were delivered, the team came out and professionally installed the new liner, insert, surround and backplate as well as a new chimney cap and cemented areas of the chimney that needed it. Once the install was complete, Tom came the next day for final inspection. Prime Chimney was very respectful of our home, cleaned up afterwards and answered any questions we had. These guys came out the next day on a Saturday.. figured out that the flashing was coming off and that the old owner of my house. When he did the roof put nails in it..safe to say it has been leaking. They had to rebuild the chimney as it was destroyed from the water damage. Put new flashing (no nails) and had it all done by that Monday oh and cleaned my inside of my chimney as well... and did not break my bank. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would....dont look any further hire these guys. See more See less

I could not have had a better experience with this crew. They are professional, extremely detailed, and do incredible work. They are the best masons I’ve ever observed and they happen to also be great human beings. We needed an entire chimney replacement and they had it done from top to bottom with a beautiful cap and Mason rework at the top in just two days.
